SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Our city limits of TACOMA,WA. We aim to process orders within 1 to 2 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and then another email from TrueFood once your order has been shipped.
Please note that TrueFood is not responsible for delays due to UPS, FedEx or USPS. We understand shipping delays may occur, so please reach out to truefoodcuisine@gmail.com with concerns and we will try to resolve the issue.
Domestic Shipping:
We offer Flat Rate USPS standard shipping on orders within the contiguous United States. Orders will ship out the same day when placed before 12pm ET. All orders placed after 12pm ET will be shipped the following business day. Each order arrives within 2 to 3 business days from the time your order is placed.
For subscriptions, we ship out in advance so that your dog will not run out of food!
International Shipping:
We currently do not ship internationally.

Order Status Information:
Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email including a tracking number which can be used to check the order status. Click the link in the email to track the progress of your order.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 business days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at truefoodcuisine@gmail​.com with your name and order number, and we will be sure you receive your order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the current circumstances, we have suspended all on-line returns at this time. We can not guarantee the safety of products after they have left our store. Of course, if there is a quality control issue on a product purchased from our store, we will work with you to make things right.**

Please share your extra with another dog. Different dogs have different tastes. We know from extensive taste testing that most dogs enjoy it.
If for some reason your treats are damaged or do not arrive in perfect condition let us know at Truefoodcuisine@gmail.com and we'll be happy to replace them.
Subscription Refund Policy
In order to receive a refund on a subscription you must cancel at least 1 business day before you are charged.
